- Greetings! I am delighted to serve as the President of VIDHYADEEP UNIVERSITY, an institution with an established reputation for academic excellence and service to the community.

Vidhyadeep Institute of Pharmacy in Anita. Established in 2023, the institute offers courses B.Pharm & D.Pharm. Under the esteemed leadership of Shri. Jayatibhai S. Patel, the honorable president of Vidhyadeep Education Trust in Surat, Vidhyadeep Institute of Pharmacy has been thriving in the field of Pharmacy Education.
India, with its vast and expanding pharmaceutical industry, presents numerous opportunities in the pharmacy profession. The increasing number of hospitals, nursing homes, and pharmaceutical companies across the country is a clear indication of the growing scope in this field. Pharmacy offers promising career prospects, both in terms of job opportunities and the potential to start one’s own business. In the coming years, pharmacists are expected to play a more integral role in the healthcare system.
The primary objectives of pharmacy professionals include the discovery, development, manufacturing, testing, marketing, and dispensing of medicines and their formulations. Over the past three decades, pharmacists have been increasingly recognized for their patient care skills. Medication Therapy Management, in particular, encompasses the clinical services that pharmacists can provide to their patients. These services involve a comprehensive analysis of all types of medications (prescription, non-prescription, OTC, herbals, cosmetics, and nutraceuticals) being taken by an individual. The outcome is a harmonization of medication and patient education, leading to improved patient health outcomes and reduced costs for the healthcare system.
Since its establishment, Vidhyadeep Institute of Pharmacy in Anita, Surat, has remained committed to providing a conducive academic environment for its students. Our aim is to equip students with the necessary technical knowledge and skills to enhance their competency and transform them into qualified professionals. We understand the expectations of society, the government, and the affiliating university from us as an institute offering technical Pharmacy education, and we strive to meet and exceed these expectations.
